Great Culture = Empathy & Trust. Our 3000 people kept key decisions private, because they understood the why behind the decisions. For 3 weeks, everyone knew the HipChat deal would happen. Didn't leak. Trust is a core advantage for us.
We chose to do the partnership with Slack/HipChat to pick a opp that we had more chances of winning and creating more value to our customers…
